Yes, we will prepare a free simple will for you!!
Yes, there's a catch -- here are the rules:

1. You must be a Missouri Resident.
2. You must download and complete our data gathering form,
and return it to our office prior to your appointment date.
3 You must make your appointment online, and meet with us
once prior to your signing appointment.
4. You must accept our definition of a "Simple Will"
A Simple Will does these things:

1. Leaves property and assets to a spouse, children or other
individuals directly, as opposed to in a Trust, and leaves
property and assets to a contingent, or secondary person if the
primary recipient is deceased.
2. Appoints a "Personal Representative" (Executor) to administer
your estate.
3. Names a Guardian for minor children.
4. Dispenses with the filing of a "bond".

A Simple Will does NOT do these things:
1. Create Trusts for children.
2. Avoid probate (NO will avoids probate).
Because we KNOW that a "Simple Will" will not meet the needs of
most people we talk to. We
do want you to plan your estate
appropriately. We are willing to prepare a simple will for you at no
cost
if after meeting with us you are satisfied that it meets your
needs!!
If after meeting with us you realize that a Simple Will is
not adequate, then we will be happy to further discuss what your
options are, again at no cost, and discuss what the fees might
be. We will prepare the simple will if that is your desire, at no
charge, or we will do whatever else you decide if you wish to
retain us. You owe us nothing unless we agree
