Much of the Estate Planning work done in our office involves the use of what we
call "Trust Based" Planning. The use of Revocable Living Trusts ("RLT's) is the
foundation for most well conceived plans. Almost every plan involves the use of
Durable Powers of Attorney, "Pourover" Wills, Health Care Powers of Attorney,
as well as "funding" or asset titling instruments. In addition, depending on your
particular situation, we also work in areas listed below. The work may be in
conjunction with this foundation planning, or on a "stand-alone" basis, particularly
